Golf Club De Palingbeek is the ideal location for the organisation of all your corporate events. Meetings and other business activities can easily be combined with golf demonstrations/intiations, and all in one of the Westhoek's most beautiful natural settings. Our elegant clubhouse has two meeting rooms, each capable of seating 60 people, You can enjoy the free use of a beamer, a projection screen and a flip chart.

The clubhouse also has two restaurants, a bar and a terrace with a stunning view over hole 18. If the weather permits, you can also eat outdoors
In addition, there is also our outstanding 18 hole, par 72 course, complete with all ancillary facilities (practice range, putting green, pitching green, 4 pratice holes for beginners, etc.). The car park is spacious and adequately protected with code-operated security barriers. In short, everything you need for a successful business day in the pleasant natural setting of the Westhoek, close to the historic city of Ieper.

This programme can be easily adapted to suit your specific requirements. For example, the golf initiations can be of 1,2 or 3 hours duration; or can be programmed elsewhere in the day; or can be split into 2 sessions. The initiations are given by our qualified golf professionals and the use of all golf equipment is included in the basic price. Experienced players can test their skills free of charge on the 4 practice holes or even on the 18 holes course (green fee = 50 euro).

You prefer not to have a golf initiation? There are plenty of alternatives:
- a walk in the nearby Palingbeek nature reserve;
- a cycle ride through the gently rolling countryside of Heuvelland;
- a visit to the historic city of Ieper,

Weekly closing day: our bar and restaurant are closed on Monday.

Meeting room: 150 euro
(use of equipment is free)

Catering: 39 euro per persoon.
Welcome: coffee or tea, plus croissants, etc
Coffee break: coffee or soft drink
Lunch:
Grilled sirloin steak with mixed salad, chips & Bearnaise sauce
or
Poached fillet of cod on a bed of spinach, with new potatoes & Hollandaise sauce
Dame Blanche (ice cream & chocolate sauce)
Coffee or tea & biscuits
Glass of wine, water or beer

Golf initiation : One golf professional for each 10 participants,
at a cost of 130 euros per professional per hour
insurance and use of all equipment included,
excluding prizes for a possible putting competition;
(sporting shoes and dress recommended).
