A sharp 90° dog-leg to the right, with the classic Palingbeek recipe of out of bounds along the left and jungle along the right. Unless you can hit the ball a good 250 metres (the distance over the bunkers at the angle of the dog-leg) leave the driver in your bag.
Aim for position short of the bunkers and play the hole as a true par 5. If you are one of the lucky few who are able to cut the corner from the tee, then the wide fairway and the large, flat green offer birdie possibilities. A hole that can either make or break a round – usually the latter!
